Taili Järva

Taili joined the BDO Estonia team in August 2022 as a payroll project manager. Working with numbers has always been her cup of tea, so choosing a career in financial accounting was a natural course of things. Taili has long-term work experience as an accountant and senior accountant in several law firms and manufacturing companies. In her previous work, for example, she handled the preparation and submission of Finnish and Swedish VAT returns and the implementation of the VAT  OSS procedure in an international distant selling company.

By nature, Taili is very conscientious, friendly and eager to learn. What fascinates her the most about payroll is the versatility of the field, which offers many challenges and requires constant self-improvement.

Taili's tasks are performing payroll for international companies, preparing various reports according to the client's needs, submitting TSDs and statistical reports related to payroll, and organizing customer communication. Taavi Personal and Taavi Palk are the most used programs in her daily work. On the accounting side, she has experience also with Standard Books, Oracle NetSuite and Directo software.

Taili has acquired an education in economic accounting at Tallinn University of Technology, and in the fall of 2020 she passed the professional accountant level 5 exam. To improve her knowledge and experience, Taili actively participates in BDO's internal and external professional trainings.
