Gaia-Marianna Salm

Gaia-Marianna joined the BDO team in Estonia in 2016 as an intern. Thanks to her excellent work and ability to quickly adapt to different situations, she joined BDO team as an Accountant after successfully finishing the internship. Since May 2018 Gaia became Accounting and Reporting Services Manager. She is mainly responsible for the clients in the real estate sector but also for the companies offering advisory and accounting services. Gaia’s customer portfolio consists of small-size Estonian companies as well as sole traders. Gaia also coordinates and plans the work of BDO’s Accounting team and since 2019 is Chief Accountant for BDO companies in Estonia.

Gaia has experience with several accounting programs, such as Directo, Merit Aktiva and Merit Palk. To improve her knowledge base and skills, she also actively participates in various specialist trainings. Gaia has also received the Accountant qualification level 5.

Gaia studied Accounting at the Tallinn University of Technology.
