Ele Eding

Ele started working at BDO Estonia's team in October 2020 as a payroll specialist, but her dedication and ambition have quickly led her to the current position, where she plays a significant role in organizing the service line's operations.

Ele has extensive experience as an accountant, which has provided her with a strong knowledge base in her field. Today, she specializes in setting up and providing high-quality payroll services to both Estonian and international companies operating in logistics, banking, textiles, and cryptocurrency sectors.

In addition to her daily responsibilities related to personnel and payroll, she manages client relationships with both existing and new clients. She thoroughly assesses their needs to offer professional and automated solutions that simplify companies' payroll processes. She actively participates in onboarding processes for new clients and coordinates their day-to-day activities to provide excellent service and customer support. Her daily working languages include both Estonian and English.

Ele utilizes software such as Taavi Personal, Taavi Palk, Merit Palk, SAP HR, and Dynamics 365 Payroll in her daily tasks. She received her education in accounting from Tallinn School of Economics and successfully passed the Level 5 Accountant's Professional Examination in the autumn of 2019. To continually enhance her knowledge and maintain service quality standards, Ele actively participates in both internal and external professional development courses at BDO.
